  Yaldi jan kob yak topic wala. I feel khasta,teka,manda,parcha parcha. Spec. in the morning it is not easy, anqadar khwab medashta bashom ka ta jahi kar ba train, 3 dafa 3 dafa khwab mebara wa yak 2 dafa ata estgha az beshem raft.
  
  Kob khudet cheto khud ra motivate mekoni yaldi jan. :lol:

  I must admit that waking up early morning is one of the most difficult chalenges in my life... haha...
  
  No seriously, it is very hard and sometimes sleeping need prevails. But the most difficult side of that is the moment you are awake and about to get up.... It is very hard, but I have solved that by moving my alarm clocks away from myself, so in order to shut it down (an anoying noice) I absolutely HAVE TO get up and WALK TO it.... Once I am up the dislike of getting up vanishes and problems are solved... :).... Do it few times and you will get used to it and eventually it is safe to move your alarm clock closer to yourself... :P
  
  And just for side info I get up at 0600 .... So I dont know whether it is very early or not.... how about you?

  AHAh thx Wais jan well well che bagoyem I really force myself to get me out of the bed and go to work, but i am getting so mad in weekends cause i cant sleep for long i am waking up the same time as other days, Wali hal dar mah Ramadan Allha Sahar besyar Moshkil ast ahah.. :-)

  For me it's not easy to get me out of the bed early in the morning, specially in the winter season. coz outside is dark and I want to sleep back. However ma metanum ke shab ta nawaqt bedar bashum agar saat 10 shab khod ra bedar nega kardum baz will be no probleem dega, I have never probleem with sleeping..once in my bed, I sleep without forcing my self.tnx God...I think for me is the perfect place to live Spain, coz the live in the night and sleep longer during the day, they have also siaista..which is kind of afternoon sleep.
  
  How I motivate my self to wake up?? wake up, others u can't reach anything in your life. don't be tanbal butterfly jan.lol

  yak do slap khoda mezanom baaz kami oshyar meshom... bazz khawim mebara... baaz dedom ka o qasam bydar namisho... az tarafi shaw yak bottel cold water da paloi khod memanom in case of emergency aga bedar nashodm da roi khod botteli aw khali mekonom enaminjast ka khawarki mutaramit majboor ast ke bydar shawa...lol
