Hi everyone.
Because health is a big issiue nowadays i was wondering what you do for staying healthy and in shape. Do you actually care if you have a good body or not? What do you do? Any tips?

ma khaw mekonom bakhatere ke Wais jan goftan bare sehat khob ast,lol, az khaw kada behtar chize dega nest,ma gape bro jan khoda mekonom;hhahhah JKG.

Farq mekona, bahze waqt voly balll,badminton, basket ball wa KHAW yak hize waze mekonom

hahah khaw ham khoob chiz hast..ensan ba esterohat ham zaroerat darat..ammo fagat khaw kadan kho namesha...agar meshoed ma hargez namegestom:P lol

I eat,drink and sleep ( sometimes 2 much)...eat fruit :D
I don't drink alchol, don't smoke..and cycling.

yeah..i dont like drinking and smoking neither..it does more damage then good...

Idd. it damages your brain, your health and your sociale life..no wonder that it's not allowed in Islam. That also one of the reasons I don't..
2 be honest I had smoked once in my life time and i was very young...just about 4 or 5 years..and I got a punishment from my aunt..till now I will not dare / will never do it again..And I hate the smoke smell.

Haha..i have tried it too..but when i smoked my mouth smelled nasty...dont want that:O..:P

I don't know the tast of sigarets anymore..thanks god that my aunt knew other now i was maybe a charsi...especially with this 90% drugs production of Afghanistan.

hahahaha...aah shukor...khodawand aunt he shomara 100 sal omr betah...in the netherlands its easy to get your hands on soft drugs.. i know allot of poeple who use it and are even younger than me...i think its a shame..

haha amin, It's a shame..but for european ppl it's not..coz they has not a culture as asians. It's quite normal.

they don't know what sharm and haya means...lol..oh god it's discrimination..some of them maybe 2% of 100% of them has sharm-o haya.
